GUFFY CAMPGROUND
Video shot on iPhone13 Pro

Located south of Wrightwood on the Blue Ridge, is even more remote than Blue Ridge Campground. Guffy is one of the smaller campgrounds with only 6 campsites and no RV access. The campground has pit toilets but does not have running water. At 8,225 feet in elevation, and resting on the top of the Blue Ridge, there is little protection from wind and other elements. On the upside, Guffy Campground probably has the most incredible views out of any campground in the area, as it overlooks Pine Mountain, Pine Mountain Ridge, Iron Mountain, and a few other peaks and canyons.

Fees: Camping with Adventure Pass/America the Beautiful Pass Required.
A California Campfire Permit is required.

We camp in the park from the 3rd to the 4th of July 2022.
It was a bit cold but windy at night.
Overall it was a great experience. We would love to go again.
