As the pandemic struck, showroom visits plummeted, leading to a significant decline in sales. To address this challenge, we developed an online platform aimed at reaching our audience and streamlining the process of booking test drives and purchases.
Through a straightforward form, users could easily schedule a test drive and engage with a Lexus representative. All vehicle features and information were communicated online, including finance options, leases, or ownership details, prior to the test drive, reducing physical interactions by up to 70%. This initiative resulted in a remarkable 29% increase in sales during that particular quarter.
